But, there is just too much uncertainty, too many politics, and no seniority. If you get laid off, you're gone with no recall rights.

I asked this on another thread but...
Does Delta still ask how many sick calls you've had in the last year during an interview? I was down with a bad flu for a couple weeks and had some emergency dental work that made me miss 4 trips since November. Would this many be a disqualifier?
