We haven't received it yet, and I don't expect to. In the last few classes the drop only goes out ahead of time if there are flows, and flows have usually just been in the first class of the month. Otherwise, it happens on day 1.

That seems pretty strong to me. The weakest part would I guess be the GPA, which they are big on right now. It could depend a bit on your major, as they know that actual engineering degrees are much harder than most other curriculums, etc. Based only on your quote above, I'd guess that would put you in the mid to upper part of "tier two" which should start getting lots of calls sometime this year most likely.

It's guaranteed, indeed...although I wouldn't count on them initiating. They send some candidates packing forever, so if you get the 6-month "try again" chance, it's a very good thing. Not sure if flew-throughs are a different animal, though.

True, but as mentioned, the two I know DIDN'T contact DAL, DAL contacted them.
Well, a "flew-through" doesn't interview, unless something has changed?
Or are you confusing a flew-through with an SSP?
Two different deals.

"Graduate of a four-year degree program from a college or university accredited by a U.S. Dept. of Education recognized accrediting organization.
Degrees obtained from a non-U.S. institution must be evaluated for equivalency to U.S. degrees by a member organization of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services (NACES)"
I know under flow and SSP there have been a few with no degree allowed, but that is a whole other animal in that program.
I just mention this because at times we hear about how Thelma's brothers wife's uncles moms neice's son that flew with that captain 2 years ago heard someone got on with a two year degree.

My apologies if this has been covered guys. I've been trying to read through this thread as much as possible but my eyes were glazing over at page 609 and figured this might resolve my issue faster as well as help someone else out.
So here's the deal: I got a fix it email from Delta saying Incomplete Address History. Went in and did some poking around on my app and came away with 2 questions.
#1. Do the dates at each address over the last 10 years need to overlap or just "touch"? What constitutes a gap? For example, should I enter it as:
Address A from 6/1/99 to 5/31/00
Address B from 6/1/00 to 5/31/02
-OR-
Address A from 6/1/99 to 5/31/00
Address B from 5/31/00 to 5/31/02
#2. I've kind of had a foot in two houses for the last 2 years or so and had a "current address" and a "permanent address" listed on my app. Just recently I completed the process of making my "current address" my "permanent address". Should I change the date of the "current address" to match the date it became my "permanent address"?
Thanks in advance for any insights from the tribal knowledge base!

Delta "contacted me" via email to let me know how the re-try process would work, but it wasn't reaching out to schedule an interview or an attempt to pull me in. It was more a reminder of what I was already told in person many months earlier. The scheduling step was left to me on my own time and in my own manner.

Your flying credentials sound good. Your academic credentials sound average.
My opinion.

For what it's worth, I made the dates overlap and changed the date at my current address to the day it became my permanent address.

Well shoot fellas. I got the fix-it email last night. Went in and did some tinkering on my address history last night and decided to sleep on it. Logged into my email this morning to reply to the fix-it and had an interview invite waiting. I guess here goes nothing!
For what it's worth, I made the dates overlap and changed the date at my current address to the day it became my permanent address.
