One of my schools the envelope said something along the lines of "official transcript only if unopened" on the outside. The other school had "official" stamped on the transcript itself.
Helpful I know. Think it does depend somewhat on the school.

Fwiw, I ordered a bunch of copies and brought an opened and an unopened one. As I recall, they took the unopened one.

I've heard of regional FOs getting hired with low PIC but not mil guys. I also have not met any mil guy that has been hired in the last 6 months with less than 1000 PIC. I'm sure they are out there but it seems to be an important threshold.
