Hello. I'm a July CJO and wondering if anyone has any update as to what the real situation is at the training center? Which sims are down? Any word on progress on schedule or (likely) behind etc? The email from Pilot recruitment said expect back to capacity in January but a realistic update would be helpful to those of us trying to stay afloat, thanks.

July 7 CJO here. Look back a few pages, and save Badgerned's spreadsheet.
It will give you a good expectation. I'm expecting Feb-April start for indoc.....really just depends when/if they bump up the class sizes.

Looks like the monthly class totals for the rest of the year are as follows:
Oct - 71
Nov - 40
Dec - 20
The Compass flows will be taking up 21 (Oct), 2 (Nov), 1 (Dec) of those spots.
Endeavor SSP's will be 15 (Oct), 15 (Nov), 8 (Dec).
That leaves the following for OTS's:
Oct - 35
Nov - 23
Dec - 11
Oct - 71
Nov - 40
Dec - 20
The Compass flows will be taking up 21 (Oct), 2 (Nov), 1 (Dec) of those spots.

It seems like the beginning of the year has the most pilots in class. This year for Jan, Feb, Mar had 127, 122, 119.
With the Compass flows pretty much done and Endeavor has normally sent very few pilots during the first half of the year, the class dates for OTS's should be ramping up significantly in Jan.
