how long does the background check normally take? I had two jobs in college for less then a month and never listed it on the app because I thought it was irrelevant, anyone know if this will cause issues?

That's true. Think ill look into that place and book a month probably. At least the family could visit easier.

Background check is not a holdup. Most of my initial class recieved the check complete cleared to train the second week of indoc

For those still swimming and tracking indoc dates, at least four from the 11/7 CJO group got into the 3/13 indoc class.

Anyone know what PIC time a civ only needs to get an interview? Not the number on Deltanet, the number that actually gets you a call.

0-1,000's. There is no time requirement. My class had a few with 0, I had under 1,000.

I've also heard that the hiring of some of the the zero PIC/low time folks is what lead to the recent changes in the recruiting department leadership.

Any idea how many guys are in the pool right now? Is it true that Delta just recently increased the classes from 80/mo. to 130/mo.?
