Details on Delta TA

I don't think they LOATH us.......(I worked for that company
)
But no, it won't be the same relationship going forward. The company won't just roll over now out of a fear other groups will unionize.
It won't be as easy as Jerry thinks it will, but it looks like it needs to be done.

Here is the rough math for a 2nd year A320 F/O: Assumes 72 credit hours month average. Current 104X72X12= 89,856. PS 89856X20%= 17971. Total= 107827.
TA as of 1/1/16: 104X14%= 118.56X72X12= 102,435. PS 102435X10%= 10243+102435= 112,678
107827/112678= 0.0438 or 4.38% raise at 1/1/16

Does anyone think that we need to recall the Negotiating Committee?
I am wondering if they are to cozy with the company negotiators and were played, or maybe they are burned out, or whatever, but this TA is an epic historical fail...
And would it be better to get some fresh blood in there?
Not quite ready to drop a DPA card yet, still have plenty of the process to play out, and hopefully we(Dalpa) can get this right...
(But I can see how plenty of guys would be thinking about DPA over this.)

Based on what I'm hearing I doubt that will happen. This negotiation was totally micromanaged by the MEC. The NC had very little authority to make any decision without running back to the MEC for direction. Therefore, they can't reject the TA without looking like a bunch of amateurs. It will be sent out to us for a vote, and there will be a big push from the MEC minority for us to vote it down.

When you say the reps just gave their approval, you mean they just voted to send it to Mem Rat?
