Default TA 2 Goals

Who is more successful than our Delta executives?

Why?

THEY SET AND MEASURE GOALS

1) 19-0 MEC approval

Don't send us any deal you don't all approve of. Lock the door and don't come out without a unanimous deal.

2) A TA that needs no sell job.

3) A pro/con paper

4) A minimum of $200-$300 million in gains across the board per year.

The MEC knows where to spread the gains. They have our surveys.

I will say our vacation is pathetic. Vacation is key to quality of life and time with family. Alaska has a max of 143:30. The failed TA 122:30. FedEx 6 hours per day and a max of 216 hours.

4:15 needs to be the minimum.

Well #4 is apparently less than we had in TA 1, so there's a winner.

I don't want more vacation days. I want more $/day. In this job if you cannot bid around the days you need you are junior in a senior category.

1-3, Good luck wid dat. You gonna step up? I am sure there are gonna be some openings.

Why do you want so much less overall value then the rejected TA?

I think they meant 200 million above the ta1 amount. Also what would stop the union from going back to the table and fixing a couple issues then once ta2 is ratified signing LOA's giving concessions on sick leave, jv, etc?

I think sick leave, LCA bidding, and JV scope would be a good starting point on TA#2..I didn't talk to one FO that voted yes for this TA, so the LCA bidding change is something the company wont get during record profits.

Well aren't you a little worker bee. I want more vacation days, more than I need more $/day. Time is money to me. Especially as you get older.

This is one of many areas we ARE NOT industry leading. We used to get seven, (7) weeks of vacation. And what's up with this stupid :15 vac pay no/credit for bidding. Dumb. And if you are going to let me move four days of vac using APD rules, then give me four more days of vacation! Thats a no brainer! Idiotic TA. Very deceptive.

What a stupid thing to say bender!!!

Yes, my family should continue to go without because after 17 years of right seating it (thanks to ALPA and rj's) I can finally hold junior captain. I will move up a number when you choke on your kool aid and nobody gives you the Heimlic Maneuver!!!
