All pre planned just like busting the unions at NWA and merging with DL





45 330s , about 80 320/21s and 20 some 717s
It will not be a bad deal if merge and not spun off as a DL subsidiary
DL will start getting the 717s this year watch it
DL doesnt want the HA 717s.....

Open board spot exist since a member just stepped down at HA and Duane Woerth is a board member at HA and pretty close to Anderson..... NWA days
