The selling of vacation is going to be a problem for me, that is a big productivity concession.

Pay banding is a DOA item 4 me.
Anything materially less than the re-opener is DOA for me. The issue pay banding allegedly will address can just as easily be resolved with expanding the bypass pay model to the entire group. And that solution solves managements problem.... in our favor. |
