If this is going down the same path as TA15, DALPA will need to spend another $1.5M for a NO vote.

9 years of narrow body FO. In LAX, SLC, and MSP I think I've flown with *one* guy who should have stayed home. Maybe FOs are more likely to fly when they shouldn't? I don't know. What I do know is that behavior is unprofessional.

Absolutely. Unused sick leave needs to go into a bank so you can use it when the big stuff comes along. Almost everyone goes out for at least a few months as they get older. Accidents, surgery, injuries, cancer, heart attacks....all of these things could last for months, if not years. I know people who have barely used their banks for many years, one major event happens, and at least they can stay on full pay for a long time to cover it. This one is worth fighting for.

The idea that our sick will now have a rolling look back and verifications will not be accepted the first 100 hours is ridiculous. I will not vote for a contact with such provisions.

Perfect. Build more efficient domestic trips with red eyes embedded in the middle, increase the ALV even more (who needs 12 days off) and ding sick leave.

You can't make this shiz up.

There should be no verification required until you trigger disability pay.

I kind of like our current sick leave policy. Don't change anything.
