To be honest I prefer that TA 1 sick program to the one we got. I really don't like either of them! I should not be punished for the actions of others. I would much rather see the company aggressively go after those causing the issue.

Fair enough but we can't cherry pick. You keep touting how great the TA-1 rates were. Would you rather have the TA-1 rates with the 6% hit on PS or the TA-2 rates with our current PS along with the sick policy?

Can you please provide a little more detail into why you prefer TA1's sick program to the one we got in TA2?

Also, hello at 515am still up with my newborn daughter! My gun collection is officially on the "anti knuckle dragging boy destroyer" hunt. She's 3 days old... BACK OFF!

It's like watching Lady Gaga peform... if you don't go "wow, that was weird" at least once, you're not really watching her perform. sailing is that experience except with really poor data grabs and typos! I suppose he means well, so, you know...

Since your question is hypothetical it's very hard to answer. If you can tell me what the future profits may be it gets easier to make that call. Since I voted against TA1 and voted for TA2 obviously overall I liked it better. One thing I disliked related to pay rates was the 4 year verses 3 year contract. You also missed one of the better gains in TA2 which was maintaining pensionability of PS.
Not going to get into discussing personal medical data online but TA1 would have been a better fit for me and the whole medical records and Dr aspect was blown way out of proportion by those who refused to read. The medical records requirement is still with us in this TA in a different form.

Did I say that anywhere in my post? Read it again. The entire medical section was a better fit. I was not referencing just the medical records section.
