There used to be a cheat-sheet photo of the tails with/without the jumpseat in circulation on Facebook. Don’t have it handy at the moment but maybe someone can find it.

Breeze just acquired Compass' operating certificate. Therefore, Delta pilots can flow down to Breeze! Scope problem solved! There currently aren't any pilots working at Breeze, so there wouldn't be any Breeze pilots complaining of the bump in seniority! Win win for everyone!

*Sarcasm* :D

Wow. I scoured that whole link looking for where it said that...and then I came back to scold you but saw Sarcasm.

There are a handful of planes headed to SLN on Thursday. Does anyone know whether we got approved to run some heavy checks, or are these headed for longer term storage? They're all planes that are currently parked... including one 700, which is intriguing.

186PQ
187GJ
195PQ

Given the drawback for the August schedule, I'd venture that these are going to longer term storage. Though, I *really* hope that I'm wrong.

JM mentioned during the town hall last week that they were asking for $10MM to cover about a half dozen heavy checks next month, so that's the hope. The 700 would be a strange inclusion, though.

really my only guess for the single 700 is to have one ready in case they want us to run key west or Bahamas. But since Bahamas is closed to Americans... idk. My only other guess is capacity increase in some duece destinations. ATL has been doing some 200 flying on the 900 lately.

its not really needed in the rest of the system.

It wouldn’t really make sense to bring one plane out to do that when republic could cover that route with the 170/175’s we have going through ATL.

We could go the other way and say it doesn't make sense to have YX in ATL at all, but whatever.
