Ugh... ALL PILOTS COMPLAIN.....and guess what? Even mainline pilots complain. Can you believe that ?

On a side note...will all you Endeavor pilots that wear Delta lanyards stop it? You don’t work for Deltas

Yeah don’t go to awac. People might be complaining about reserve “abuse” here. But go read their threads about life even as a line holder there. No thanks that’s why I left.

I've never seen an endeavor pilot wearing a Delta lanyard. Sure this wasn't just a one off?

I’ve seen a few as of late, also see the delta crew luggage tags. Makes me chuckle, but hey whatever floats your boat.

On 900 side it’s a junior base as well, you can expect to hold it by or shortly after the end of IOE (Jan 22nd hire moves there May 1 in latest vacancy). A lot of lifer captains in DTW, but most junior lineholding captain on the 900 is a November 2014 hire, which isn’t bad. Feb 2015 on the 200 side. Of course all of this is subject to change. There are strong rumors of us getting more 700s from an airline with a crew base in DTW...
Don’t forget new hire freeze for FO. You stay on initial equipment for 18 months as a FO. You can upgrade to a different plane inside 18 months

Ok yea I'll agree, that might be a bit cringe worthy. Maybe some would say overly optimistic. Let's stick with endeavor labeled apparel......

Hyperbolic much? Try 10 maybe.

ENY has the $45K bonus, but what’s RSV today, 2 years? (Might have improved some).

I DID hear that the flow will be going to 5.5 years soon, for everyone on property. Good for them if they get that.

I didn't think people would be so judgmental of anyone wearing a delta lanyard. People are so sensitive now a days. I wear one as its a lot nicer than the flashy gold lanyard they gave many of us for new hire mentors.

You honestly care about what’s on another pilots luggage? Good grief. As for the lanyards, maybe it’s a little bit try hard to wear a delta lanyard but endeavors lanyards are ugly.
