And don’t forget to stretch, with hat on, before eating snow on the jetway stairs

Yeah, I mean I wouldn’t mind as much if I could just consolidate. And there should really be a better balance for reserve.

Honestly this place has been on a downslope since LOA91/RG left. I called it a few months back but the kool aid brigade ignored it.
Newhires, fly 100 per month and go to the left seat. There’s noting marketable for a RJ SIC with 400 hours.

The reason why you are all seeing no flying and reserves being assigned nothing is because a company with real investors would be furloughing right now. I get it weve all been a little spoiled and FOs with 22 days off think this is what life is really like in a regional. It's not. When not wholly owned we'd be joking about being "awarded a furlough" and "why are we furlouging when im being used every day on reserve".
Put your energy into hoping for more flying or moving on. Complaining about something that has only one real fix is ignorant.

Outsider here. Remember that any overstaffing of pilots is purely temporary and will fix itself as the majors continue to hire in greater and greater numbers. Any regional furlough would be a very large mistake in the current pilot market. As soon as Delta and Southwest resume hiring early next year, they'll be understaffed again like every other regional.

SWA and UA are hiring more 9E pilots than DL.

The company is betting one of these Delta promised growths will pay off. In the meantime there are so many more pilots than flying given, so some of you wont consolidate.

Put your energy into getting accurate information before opening your mouth about an issue you know nothing about.
