ATL flying will stay about that same probably. Lots of short hops out of ATL that the 900 serves so lots of 4 and 5 leg days. GPT, THA, AGS, CHA, TYS, EWN, BHM, SHV, BTR, AVL, TRI, GSO just off the top of my head that have regular 900 service that are short/ish hops.

On a more serious note, reserve times for ATL 200 will most likely NOT drop anytime soon. The shifting of ~5 aircraft lines and no subsequent displacement for ATL 200 will increase reserve times drastically, as those junior line holders will be shifted to reserve with the decrease in flying.
The only likely way ATL 200 reserve times decrease is bringing the flying back down from NYC, or taking on more aircraft in NYC (7/9s) and allowing the 200s to shift out of that market.

The recent trend in vacancy awards (going back to August 2018):
18-04: 42 captain upgrades
18-05: 30 captain upgrades
18-06: 21 captain upgrades
19-01: 3 captain upgrades (Yeesh!)
Congratulations to the three gentlemen moving to the left seat.
