I've seen a lot of people wear Delta Lanyards as a Ramp Agent, every time I see one I think of people's opinion here on the forum. Funny.

I'm told we consulted DALPA on this a little and they were on board with the orange. It's the color they used last time they were negotiating for something and wanted to send a message.

Compass flowback provision ended the moment they were sold and we need about 5k pilots just to replace what we're losing, that'd be a huge drawdown on mainline flying. If endeavor was going to grow and had twice the number of pilots I think that old formula would work. Anymore, we're more under staffed than you are in a couple junior categories.

Although a flow for flows sake wouldn't hurt my feelings.

We don't have to sell anything to DALPA. they're behind us on getting career progression 100%. I just don't think they're going to spend one inch of capital on it while they're in section 6.
