Everyone should be planning their own outcome based on the min fleet guarantee of 109 900's.
Based on that ~1200 pilots will be required. Roughly 600 CA's and 600 FO's. We're looking at roughly 750 furloughs and 400+ CA downgrades. If this doesn't happen, great. But I would plan on it.
