Yes . And many major league players bounce back and forth to the “minors” or even established major leaguers have to go back and forth sometimes . Also many players that become great major leaguers also lose their skills and either leave the game or go back to the so called “minors” . I mean because you’re flying a bigger plane does not mean you were born with a 737 out of your ass.. plus flying is totally different than playing sports. Getting to the “majors” as a pilot doesn’t mean you have more piloting skills. Heck, it’s been 15 years since the majors even require sim rides on the interviews. So it’s really all about the ability to answer dumb questions on an interview .

Yea, agreed. They aren’t going to “ditch” the Endeavor Employees and just take the planes. It would cost them millions extra in training costs. Plus I’ve seen some pretty “poor quality” pilots and FA’s on the Delta side too. Many people slip through the cracks of OTS hiring as well. Gimme a break.

Republic is hanging by a thread and Skywest just backed out of flying they were supposed to do in NY for Delta this summer to cover fir Endeavor which is short staffed Captains because Skywest can’t staff . There is no more shell game or whipsaw left, thus the reason for retention pay and 60 percent pay raises. They are scraping the bottom of the Barrel of monkey tricks with the forced upgrades probably before finally having to say Uncle with some type of advanced seniority or eventual absorption.
Anybody know if attrition has slowed or stopped at EDV since the pay raises went through?

I believe all AA WO now require a minimum time (years, not hours) to be flow-eligible.

I'm kind of surprised DAL and AA haven't added contingency clauses to their flow agreements stating pilots need to have X-amount of PIC at their respective regional partner before they're eligible to flow.

Nope, it wouldn’t. Obviously you have comprehension issues. Delta must love your type, flying their metal at a discount under a separate employer they own and you thinking you’re “basically a Delta pilot”.
The example they used is even worse than your situation. Not only is that minor leaguer not a Yankee but the Yankees own his rights. He can’t walk until his minor league contract ends, they call him up to the Yankees, or they trade him to another team.
