I am sure extending the SSP will be part of the deal. I don't even think that will be a big enough carrot to get warm bodies here.

Eagle has a "flow through" and no one applies here. Although we don't have any future over here either so that probably has a lot to do with it.

YES, NO ONE hired after October 2011 has any flow/pref hire/pref interview at AA

Apparently the slight expansion followed by the "purging of the majority of the 200 fleet" has made recruiting VERY difficult. Being vague about the actual number of 200s leaving is both a recruiting tool, and a morale tool.
