Don't forget Great Lakes.
Get hired with Endeavor and you will sit never-ending reserve in NYC at either JFK or LGA. If you like commuting to sit reserve for your entire regional airline career in New York then Endeavor is for you. Otherwise, I'd apply to the others on this list and work your way down it. Don't think you'll ever upgrade. There are 7.5 year FO's who are still barely holding lines who've never had the opportunity to upgrade.

There are many 7 year captains. That still doesn't mean this is a good place to work. It is bottom of the barrel, you will be based in NY and you will be on reserve for a long time. Until they give you a Delta number for accepting a job there is not a single reason to come here.

Right, but you're almost 8 years into your airline (or this airline) career at a shrinking company with a maximum annual income that is less now than it was 10 years ago. I'm also assuming you're still a First Officer? This is what should cause someone to pause before applying. I certainly don't mean this in an offensive way to you (I was there for just as long), but I do consider my time at that place mostly wasted. There were better options for me when I started there and there are better options for people just starting out now.

I firmly believe Delta will try to make this place viable for new hires without raising pay, whether it works or not is another story. We'll just have to wait and see.
Any regional not named SkyWest or Compass is a gamble right now. Even Mesa and PSA. Mesa doesn't have a good track record handling growth and PSA still has 50 seaters as well. They say the 50's aren't going any where soon, but that comes from the same management that told Eagle their BK contract was enough and we all know how that worked. Kudos to those guys by the way.
Fact is, until we hear otherwise, we are shrinking, but so is everyone else except PSA, Mesa, and Compass. I'd be careful with XJT. They are more senior in both seats than we are if your reasoning is stagnation.

Here's some truth that has as little opinion as I can insert...
A new hire will NOT see the left seat in "2-3 years" as our HR is spinning. As mentioned, there are tons of FOs with 6+ years waiting. There are roughly 900 FOs here....unless we upgrade 450/yr (not happening as we are parking planes and shrinking), you will not see a 2 year upgrade. Maybe a 3, but realistic expectations even in a rosy scenario would put upgrade around 4 years, best guess.
Nor does a new hire, as of now, have a guaranteed interview or job at Delta (and yes, they are telling folks at the job fairs this). The only thing in writing is the SSP and that does not extend to new hires.
Want to live in base and you're from DTW or MSP? Wouldn't count on it as both are shrinking and could realistically go away or be so small that a new hire would be on perpetual reserve.
For whom does Endeavor make sense? This pilot is from the Northeast (NYC or close)...HOPES for a clearer path to DL as that is their dream job, is okay with averaging around 32K over 4 years, and likes risk.
Could there be a fantastic announcement coming April 1? Sure! But if history is any indication, I wouldn't hold my breath

Another Colganism perhaps. Hire date and seniority is not linear at 9E. There are some 7.5 year captains also, thanks to Bloch and ALPA. A few 200 guys had 16-19 day off lines at 7 years until recently, 117 and attrition have taken their toll. The bottom is rising to the top. The majority of guys at 7 years are barely holding a line. Especially in the more desirable bases, if there is such a thing. Once the bases settle out, 7 years in New York will probably not look too bad. Not much reassurance to someone wanting a future at an airline and making 32k in NYC. I hope people start running to 9E.
