To equate this to a normal 9-5 worker working 40 hours a week with about 173.3 hours a month. You Could find a job for about $14.00 an hour and make more!

$351 bucks a week sure says responsibility!
#1 per diem isn't income.

#2 you forgot state income tax

Otherwise...yup!

Is this guy on drugs? I'm not sure why anyone would want to go work there.

I think you meant to say that "if Endeavor Air offers you a job it means Delta wants you to work for nothing."

Just like every other mainline carrier in the country.

Nailed it!

If Delta wants you, why go to Endeavor? Delta is hiring, right? Duh!

At Bendeavor we have FO's on RSV that have been at the company for 5 years. Okay take away the union dues and Medical insurance you still are left with nothing. Top out as a FO in 4 years! Besides a few new hires all FO's are topped out on the 4 year scale. The SSP is not a sell point for a new hire, the company has no future plan. They do as told from big daddy D.

No it's really like this....

Richard Anderson to Ryan Gumm go ask your employees if "Endeavor Air...Are you up for the challenge.....(of living in New York on less then 30k)"

While the Delta Rampers are collecting 4-5 grand check for profit sharing we collect a whooping $40 before taxes! Yet we are the largest regional for Delta, that shows you how bad Delta wants endeavor! Endeavor is just the cheapest for them at this moment Delta will do what Delta wants to never compromise $avings I mean $afety!

Can you explain how the new hire MX guys are paid $18.48 an hour starting out, they also receive 10% base override to their pay for LGA and JFK!

Man that's like $3200 buck a month before taxes. Why is our poor little FO only bringing in about $1800.00 Mr. Gumm?

No what it means is that DAL wants to make a return on their investment. They could care less about who the person is. If DAL wanted you so bad for themselves why didn't they provide you a direct flow through program to the mainline?
