Hopefully at some point soon Delta and AA will find that you can't run a successful regional with crappy compensation and pay caps.

Based on the numbers at Compass when you factor in flow and the 50% growth of the company nearly everyone on property today will be upgrading within the next 12-14 months, upgrade time is coming down to about 18-24 months.

I know numerous FO's 5 years and up which is about every FO looking to bail. I know a compass FO who was hired last August getting 15-16 days off and upgrade within the next 6 months. Looks like July is going to be a ugly month with tons of cancellations.

You guys realize we're shrinking because of attrition right?? By campaigning for people not to come here you are furthering the misery of your qol. It makes not sense to me.

Oh nice touch, but mommy, they did this and this too. I think we should vote them out of the neighborhood. You are a prime example of what's wrong with this industry by resorting to childish antics instead of trying to collectively trying to better this industry. I might suggest worrying about what's going on in your own house before throwing stones at another
