Judging by this ignorant post it appears as though you're delirious and actually think that 9E is a good place since you're sticking up for the hole that it is. I never said my regional was better than yours or that I make a $1 more than you. Just like the OP said...Think Twice about Endeavor. It's no secret that almost all other rationals hiring right now are better to be at over 9E. Why is that taboo to say? It's fact.

geez someone read way too far into my post….take a deep breath. I was only saying that Higney stating "what's good today could be gone tomorrow" isn't as obvious to many on here as your meme seemed to state. Nor did I say YOU said those "my regional is better" stuff. I was mainly talking about all the people on here who walked into a good contract or are too ignorant to realize the cycles of this industry. They haven't been thru good/bad cycles at ANY airline. Nothing more, nothing less. No defense of Endeavor. I would even talk people who called me ignorant out of coming to Endeavor.

Why is it always the same group of characters spouting the same nonsense? We get it, you left and think you won by leaving, great. Yet you have to constantly come back to these threads and tell current pilots and potential new hires how bad it is here even though you don't work here? Why? Is it because deep down you know that in the end you might have made the wrong decision? That if you hadn't left maybe, just maybe, you would be at Delta in the next few years? Or that any week Delta has the power to turn the whole operation around making it the most desirable Regional in the industry?

More like they still have friends who are at endeavour and know how crummy it is. That and they have more inside knowledge being a former pilot there than someone who has never worked there.

I'm guessing by your spelling of Endeavor you don't actually work there? What kind of inside knowledge would someone have? That training is now good/fair? That most of management is now ran by good people? That maintenance is probably better than it has ever been? That the top 50% of each category is still getting 16-18 days off a month? That we are now back to normal vacation bidding? That 200 captains left for Delta this last year? There is one and only one reason why things are crummy, the backward movement due to the loss of the 200's. Other than that it is just another regional. You don't have to be an insider to have this kind of knowledge.

I still work here, unfortunately, and yes, it's that bad... Get out and don't ever look back. I'm doing everything I can to leave with almost a decade in here.... even considering jumping to Compass and ExpressJet.. Just talked to a NetJets captain and that was very disheartening, as that was a place I was thinking about jumping as they have almost recalled everyone (most have said no)

What 9E needs to do is close MSP so those old, crusty, washed up Mesaba guys will have to try the SSP.

They are the problem. Comair 2.0 unless they can pick those guys off.

The name of the thread is Think Twice about Endeavor. I, as do you, have all the right in the world to post on whichever forum you'd like. I pick this one because I also want to make sure everyone knows how crappy and horrible and stupid 9E is and to THINK TWICE about Endeavor. I am former Mesaba, not original Pinnacle, and rode the ride until 2013 so I know exactly how things are there. I also have many friends who are still there and tell me NOTHING has changed (actually gotten worse) and I speak to them often.
We know you're a 9E cheerleader. You're in denial and wish you could get out but can't. I feel bad for you and I hope you catch a break. Til then, I will keep coming back to make sure those considering 9E THINK TWICE about Endeavor.
