Uuummm.. Yes I know pilots are leaving, everyone at 9E knows pilots are leaving.. I never debated that fact = your name suits you well . My point was those that have left {mid majors??? } are trying to play career counselor. It does seem like some are suffering from buyers remorse by trying hard to justify their, in most cases here, lateral move to another regional, like compass or Skywest. Which is probably why you don't see ex 9E guys now at Delta/United/AA coming on here bashing 9E. With that said, I understand the nature of a public forum, and the right to post what you want, but when I move on (hopefully very very soon) you will NEVER see my swampy as€ back on an endeavor site again...

As an EtD Commitment pilot, you will not be required to re-interview with Delta as your selection and screening by Endeavor and demonstrated performance thereafter will serve as your ticket to Delta. <<

"and demonstrted performance thereafter..."

What does that mean? Be good little boys and girls (don't make waves and/or stand up for your rights), and we'll put a word in for you at Delta.

There is NO GUARANTEE that you will get a Delta job if you work for Endeavor. NONE. What Endeavor is, is a litmus test to see if you are submissive enough to suck up at Delta later on.

What if you end up in the sim with some jerk and he or she puts an unsat on your PRIA record because he or she had a bad day? Bye, bye Delta.

All Endeavor is, is one big checkride.

Beware.
Ya and Dean Pritchard knows people at Columbia, (nod) so if you want to get in there too...

I love to quote movies

Whoever came up with this scam they need to be thrown in a dumpster...Cheeeeeese

Didn't Eagle do this like 3 Septembers ago, if someone still has that offer please post

How is the training with Endeavor since they are modeling it after Delta now?

The DL procedures aren't effective yet. And we are just switching to AQP. Training at Endeavor is generally very good though. Everyone will go out of their way to help you be successful as long as you put in the work.

Indeed, if they got one thing right in this debacle of a merger, it has been getting the training department mostly right. Unfortunately they messed up the manuals in the process.

Aren't regionals "low cost carriers"?
