Original Pinnacle is the problem. Your former CEO killed the airline. By the time the Mesaba management came along to save the day it was too late.

The name of the thread is Think Twice about Endeavor. I, as do you, have all the right in the world to post on whichever forum you'd like. I pick this one because I also want to make sure everyone knows how crappy and horrible and stupid 9E is and to THINK TWICE about Endeavor. I am former Mesaba, not original Pinnacle, and rode the ride until 2013 so I know exactly how things are there. I also have many friends who are still there and tell me NOTHING has changed (actually gotten worse) and I speak to them often.
We know you're a 9E cheerleader. You're in denial and wish you could get out but can't. I feel bad for you and I hope you catch a break. Til then, I will keep coming back to make sure those considering 9E THINK TWICE about Endeavor.

I still work here, unfortunately, and yes, it's that bad... Get out and don't ever look back. I'm doing everything I can to leave with almost a decade in here.... even considering jumping to Compass and ExpressJet.. Just talked to a NetJets captain and that was very disheartening, as that was a place I was thinking about jumping as they have almost recalled everyone (most have said no)

Things are not always what they seem...
For example, consider the following copy from the Endeavor website:
>>Pilots hired at Endeavor under the EtD Commitment will, upon becoming and remaining eligible under the provisions of the Endeavor-to-Delta Pilot Hiring and Commitment Program document, be hired as Delta pilots. As an EtD Commitment pilot, you will not be required to re-interview with Delta as your selection and screening by Endeavor and demonstrated performance thereafter will serve as your ticket to Delta. <<
"and demonstrted performance thereafter..."
What does that mean? Be good little boys and girls (don't make waves and/or stand up for your rights), and we'll put a word in for you at Delta.
There is NO GUARANTEE that you will get a Delta job if you work for Endeavor. NONE. What Endeavor is, is a litmus test to see if you are submissive enough to suck up at Delta later on.
What if you end up in the sim with some jerk and he or she puts an unsat on your PRIA record because he or she had a bad day? Bye, bye Delta.
All Endeavor is, is one big checkride.
Beware.

Think twice about Endeavor.
Funny thing about submissives, they usually end up in the position they asked for. I think in this case it may be called doggie style, but hey maybe delta will give you that reach around your hoping for.
I know I used a colorful analogy here and I'm not trying to pick on you, but what you must understand is flow can be like diamond jewelry. When the intentions of the giver are not pure, you become little more than the Ho in the equation.
