Delta doesn't do things to help out contractors. In fact you are viewed as second class citizens to the gold buttons. It's harsh, but in ATL it's the truth.
Delta doesn't want your FOs. They want to move through the SSP list quicker so they can get back to hiring who they want, not who they are forced to. Again, harsh but it is the truth.
Your FOs have a better chance of a job at Delta if they wait until they are Capts.

I've had the pleasure to fly with a lot of Mesaba/Pinnacle pilots who are amazing pilots who are great guys/gals. I also know that the majority of the FOs over there are fantastic and you would only be so lucky to have them as your FOs at the great and mighty Delta.

You are the d;ckweed generation that I hope is long gone by the time I get to Delta. 2nd class citizen to the gold buttons? Wow.. who says that? You've let this job get to your head and it's taking up the entire flight deck.

Some of our guys failed the ssp so spectacularly, you could put it on youtube, and get a millon hits. Some of them even told off HR. To expect DAL to now bail these people out...

13. Can the EtD Commitment be terminated?
Yes. The EtD Commitment is not part of either airline’s pilot CBA; therefore, Delta or Endeavor can terminate the EtD Commitment program at any time.
