Or ya know, just get a stain treater and deal with it. Towels on the epaullets is a step above long sleeves or hat... ;)

Untrue.

There is no contractual callout time while on ready reserve.

The JCBA says "a pilot will make all attempt to report to the aircraft as quickly as possible".

15 minutes is an urban legend.

MX has a cleaning kit. If you find a shoulder harness that stains your shirt send an ACARS to MOC with which seat it is, and they'll clean them next time it in a MX station.

Being able to spell them is kinda neat, too...

Maybe. I'm not worried.

Exactly.
You have so many min to call them back as well.
They have been pushing the rsv hard lately. Know your contract and hold them to it.

That's basically what I referring to, the time to call them back was around 10-15 min. Then from then you just get to the gate as efficiently as you can

Well if you don't wear them, then you're not part of Ed's gold standard nor mainline material haha

FOM 8-52 does make reference to ready reserves and a 15 minute contact period and or be at the assigned flight within 15 minutes of being contacted. Not an exact quote, but the 15 minute thing is there, twice.

I believe an email came out a while ago saying you could request up to 45 minutes on ready reserve to "prepare for departure." I've done it before
