Oh, and we are approved for new guys with CL65 types to get through training faster. Things that make you go hmmm....but the 14 new aircraft are no longer rumors.

No worries. I hope the company announces something soon. I think it will help the recruitment and the folks that would like something other than NY.

I would imagine that we would need to hire (which I think they have) a new Fleet and Standards manager who would then have to develop a project for transfer and acceptance of those aircraft onto our certificate. Could take a while.

I thought three were coming in January. That might be a rumor I heard and not a fact. Thanks for the info

So if we can't get on the aoa bus through the bus stop, can we still ride it out? Guess the can block us from the A gate bus stops but definitely not the B gate one.

thank you to the D bag crew members who ruined our AOA access in DTW. You are the absolute turds of the industry.

I heard some of our finest employees lost their S*it on the poor screeners and also sent angry letters about having to be screened. Unreal dude. Probably some senior fricking turds or some self absorbed entitled new hires...

May or may not have even been us. Could have been other DCI carriers

Yeah, that security is owned by Delta not the TSA, I figured we would get it taken away as soon as a fight broke out. You either do as Delta dictates or you lose it, just like the flow.

I asked a skywest crew on the bus tonight if they were losing their sida AOA access...they said no.

Since DL has been slowly removing their (mainline) SIDA badges for months now, with the phase out complete by 31 Dec... wouldn't this be DL doing away with security checkpoints altogether, as opposed to someone ****ing off an employee at the AOA checkpoint?
