Hello all, interviewing with Endeavor in December. I’m a retiring military guy, and going to start at the regionals. Can anyone PM me with Pros/Cons at Endeavor vs other regionals? I will def be commuting. Hoping to get an Atl base sooner rather than later, but also understand the needs of the company. Any info would be great. I’ve been searching these boards and it all ranges from negative to somewhere just south positive. If someone could mentor me a little bit, I would be very appreciative.

Does anyone have any insight as to what airframe new hires are going in to? Just wondering if the -200 is being phased out, or what airframe a new hire can expect. Thanks in advance!

You can get the 200 probably if you really want it but latest I’ve heard is 99 percent of classes as of the last 2-3 monthes have all been 900. All of our growth is 900 ATL as of now. A new hire can expect New York with ohtba doubt or if in the top half of the class Atlanta. That can change though, Atlanta is still a new base for us and hasn’t seen a lot of vacancies yet. It will probably start going to junior new hires in 2018

Awesome, I think I'd prefer the 900. How's reserve time looking for ATL?

Honestly don’t know. My guess is anywhere From 3-9 monthes which is how it is in New York LGA or JFK dependent

Default Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?

This is sounding like ATL is junior. If someone bid NYC, what is the likelihood of getting it. Prior 121 experience. I know it’s a crapshoot, but just curious if you bid NYC, would you get it, versus what recruiters and interviewers are saying.

If you WANT New York, 110% chance of getting it.

ATL as is now is pretty junior on the Fo side but top 3 senior for Ca side, competing with DTW after MSP

Good news for me. Basically it’s going to be reserve regardless of airframe?
