I think the days of Endeavor being the place to come are over, at least for the short term. Just look at all of the less than positive changes over the last year or so:
1. Golden Touch shuttle issue
2. No Comfort + for DH
3. Dynamic training fiasco
4. Manipulation of the reserve grid to keep it red.
5. Consolidation issues for new hires
6. Crew scheduling turnover and the associated issues there
7. Pretty close to radio silence from the new CEO.
8. New planes being given to SkyWest, and apparently more flying too.
I don’t know how often many of us heard company officers openly talk about growth in 2018. Everything from 175s to ATL growing and lots of extra flying THIS year was put out in new hire, recurrent, and upgrade training throughout the spring and summer.
Maybe things will turn around with whatever this next “big announcement” is going to be.

Yeah, things have gotten worse since the pilot shortage ended, no surprise there. More specifically, the failure of RAH to acquire TSH, not allowing Delta to shrink to 3 regionals, is what's really hurting us. Delta wants the E175 in NYC along with the A220, as they're trying to compete with AA in the service department.

Hey, thats only true 36% of the time. Between Talk Turkeys guarontee of that dropping to 20% and 175s being announced two months ago, we're back to being gold standard again.

I have Clarity Aloft and like them. They’re probably not as good as Bose, but they’re good enough, and cheaper.
Everyone I’ve heard talk about these new bose headsets that were made for jet aircraft pilots say hate them for various reasons. They’re uncomfortable, not as quiet etc. They had wished they had just gotten a20s. FWIW.
