Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?
I don't want to come across as dense or unsympathetic, but what's the big deal about celebrating Christmas on Dec 21st, 23rd or 28th?
Why does it have to be on the EXACT date for it to "count"
Because of my schedule, I had Thanksgiving with my family on Tue Nov 20th instead of Thu the 22nd. No big deal.
Heck..........as a kid I'd have been over the moon if I could celebrate Christmas TWICE!
Working most if not all weekends for several months is MUCH more of a hardship for me than celebrating a major holiday a few days early, or late.
Am I missing something?

We’re finishing up tonight, have the next 5 days off. I’m very thankful to be able to be off for Christmas with my kids. But I’ve been on the other side of things too. One Christmas, we were on an overnight in LCH, and the power went off at the hotel for 6 hours.
That’s livin large.
God bless everyone who has to work over Christmas so that others may travel safely. Your sacrifices are appreciated—even tho you may not think so. They are. Do the dam thing and do it well, then hurry home to your loved ones and enjoy every minute you can.
That’s what I do.

I'm sorry, before you start this you should cue all the company apologists, and line up the guys telling everyone on the board the DGI success rate would be much higher than the SSP rate.
Furthermore, what if these idiots come on saying, "hey, these were old senior guys that didn't care just like the SSP". We know that's utterly stupid and blind reactions.
What if they say, "hey, you gotta give this time! Afterall some of the first wave of SSP pilots were 0 for 8 and 1 for 8." They need time to get their talking points straight, because you don't want to remind everyone how badly the SSP started. Plus all the guys who were first in line and spent all that time are now back on the line flying. You dont need to add insult to injury.
Before you come on here with facts, remember, these pilots have spent years telling themselves anything to stave off thr nervous fear they may be the same as the pilots who came before them, that they aren't special, and that they misjudged how much better they were than the senior guys who got head butted by HR.
I suggest lying. Say 84 percent. Most pilots here don't even read a bid pack or their own bid form they submitted after every successive vacancy.

This is about what I expected it to be. Anybody who thought it was going to be significantly higher than the SSP was being naïve. The SSP hovered between 65-70% and this will be the same. Delta's normal interview pass rate is around 75-80% but those applicants are pre-screened before getting the interview invite. Since our applicants are guaranteed an interview the pass rate will be lower.

That said, it'd have been cool to see a higher rate. Maybe it will improve with time.

Agreed. You can't expect as high a success rate with a guarantee interview as off the street. Off the street are people Delta is CHOOSING to interview. You can assume if they're choosing to interview them it's their job to lose, and 1 in 4 do. The fact we're trailing that by only 10% on whoever met the requirements to interview in the first group is kind of impressive.
That said, it'd have been cool to see a higher rate. Maybe it will improve with time.

So predictable it's actually comforting.

If I understood your long post a few posts ago, I don't think I said anything you predicted.
I'm saying, 64% is relatively good (in line with the SSP), which is basically what I've said we'd see the whole time.

At this point in the SSP timeline, wasn’t the pass rate in the 20s%?
