Nope, just ignored it, because you presented no factual reason as to why a program that hasn't even started yet sucks. When it happens, if it sucks, feel free to judge it thusly. Today, it's a great promise (karit) for us to yearn for.
I, however, choose to think it will be better than the SSP has been to the good folk at EDV.

My DGI prediction isn't guaranteed? You mean the 3-3.5 years from last year? (Or whenever it was signed into an LOA). Or that the DGI in and of itself isn't a guarantee? If the latter, I never said it was. I just said that a DGI applicant will have a chance to move to DL sooner than an AA flowing NH hired on the same date. And today, that's accurate. 3.5 < 5~6. That's what I was saying, or at least trying to.
If one has the luxury of sitting back and doing nothing to move to AA, then the flow isn't a bad thing at all. But just like the flatulence you left in the seat last trip, it can be gone in a blink. (Unless there is some contractual time limit to the flow that I am not aware of, but have never heard of such)

2.A.1) any pilot found to be a Mets fan won't be hired through DGI as they are clearly born losers
And
~.2) ANY pilot found to have finalized their 2 yr commitment as captain at Endeavor who did not bring an appropriate sized shrubbery to their interview will be interned in a prison of Delta's choosing
? Foreboding for those in the program for sure. But at least it's written down somewhere so everyone can see the agreement in full. It would be weird if the company didn't want any legal enforcement to their promises, i mean, it would suck if they suddenly said screw it, we need you guys at EDV while we park all these 200s and the whole bottom of the list bails. That wont happen though, because its written down exactly how many pilots will go over every month.

Do you have any friends that have Flowed to majors? I think I need to hear your answer to continue down this path. You seem to be unaware of the Big Picture. Speaking of flatulence...hell screw the last trip, what about the last 15 years of flatulence? My arse would be gone and the left seat would smell a whole lot better.

2.A.1) I don't follow hockey, so I am good.
~.2) The size of my shrubbery is none of your business.

So you are replying, the DGI is whatever you want to pretend itll be. So I'll pretend it'll suck (since I'm unbiased here as I am not in the program) and you'll believe it'll be as good or better than the SSP. Now theres just one problem, what about the DGI language stating clearly:
2.A.1) any pilot found to be a Mets fan won't be hired through DGI as they are clearly born losers

Alas, I have no friends.
No, I do not personally know anyone who has flowed to majors. Not sure why I would need to in order to comprehend how the program works.
If the flow was anywhere close to "all that and a bag of chips", how come so many stay at EDV instead of jumping ship or just never show up for training and go to an AA WO instead? Just like JV above is trying to say, the DGI can disappear at the whim of DL. As can the flow at the whim of AA. Do I think either will happen? Not in the foreseeable future. Both are necessary 🥕 🥕 🥕 and shall remain so as long as the majors need pilots.

Does anyone here use or have experience with this bag? If so, what has your experience been?

I asked the question because I think your opinion would be different based on facts. The industry is shifting towards regionals with flow capability. If I was told I could flow to AA in 6 years as newbie...where do I sign up? ..Is EDV a great place to work for?....yes!....however the competition is getting tight....trust me...just watch. If I'm wrong I'll own up to it.

At the end of the day we're all pilots and we do the same job.... look at the retirements.... look at the lifters... around 3,000 liters at all the regionals. Retirements that exceed that number by many. Just wait till first year pay meets mainline. Delta is smart enough to already integrate procedures. Look at your checklist then go jumpseat on mainline. Delta is delta they're a business and they already know what is about to happen. They're already making the process seamless. Half the new hires maybe more wear the hat "not me till we get something for it". Delta is keeping their regional because they're running a business and keeping the cost low as long as possible. Before long they're gonna mail us a hat a badge and a surface pro. Remember this post and tell me when I'm wrong.
