Um I don't know about that. First of all, if you can "officially" say something to a group of 2000 employees, it's fairly safe to say it's up for discussion. And second of all it's on a public YouTube channel.

Or did you mean to say it's not for discussion, as in it's 100% finalized.

If he came out and said it in an official statement to the entire company, it is no longer in confidence. Any CEO down to manager knows that of you officially tell the entire company something in a public venue such as a YouTube video, it is now freely public knowledge. If only because that that point it becomes impossible to prevent it from becoming public knowledge. Unless you have every employee sign NDA's it's now out there. And I didn't hear anything in that video suggesting that we as employees were to keep it under wraps. Only that he was not allowed to say anymore than what he did in his capacity as CEO

DG essentially used the message to thank us for taking the employee survey...and that there were a few common themes coming in that he wanted to address. I found the message to be quite refreshing. I'm eager to hear about the progress to the third piece he talked about. Will be nice to get that back.

Well I did that. Downloaded the app today. But they wanted $41.00. Doesn’t seem very user friendly to me either. I figured it’s probably me doing something wrong. So that’s the reason for the shout-out
