one of the AUG flows (OCT. class) is TW, a management 9 month hold. I can not speak AA too the other missing flows.

There are other reasons, in these trying times, why pilots might get delayed in the flow...

You mean Nov class. Nobody went in Oct. Yeah I know he's a longer hold back but I would think they would bump another yes in his spot and when his 9 month time comes he woke be put in that spot...still keeping it at 20 a month.

You obviously have no idea how the flow works.. He was given a class date and a number. They don't send another in his place. He just goes over after his hold back. The 20 a month is numbers given for a class date. (Hire date).

Yes it makes sense foe them to take 20 actual warm bodies a month no matter what, but that could cause someone to enter a class earlier then the flow numbers set as of now. It's just now how it works.

Don't worry we will see the number a month jump in Jan. I'm guessing 35, but then again if Dalpa doesn't play ball then we would be looking at a full list merger by March. Good for EDV guys, a net loss for DL guys.

His senority date is August. When he goes to class it doesn't matter. But after rethinking and realizing I was wrong and you do make a point that it wouldn't be possible to do that with the 3 month guarantee hold back. As it would require more than 20 to get a senority number that month. Which isn't possible.

Well union removed the attrition numbers so who knows if 48 this month was the actual numbers

Bottom guy in October moved up 82 spots on the November vacancy.

In trying to figure out how I moved down 25 spots from when Dec schedules came out to the final vacancy.

If you take 10/29 ISL and final vac there's barely any movement on it...at least the few pilots near the bottom moved a few spots..if any at all.

There are multiple flow pilots who accepted the flow after being told the Covid vaccine requirement would apply to them, who are now fighting Delta tooth and nail about getting exemptions and will probably end up in forfeited spots when they don't get them

final VAC number is from the ISL posted with the vac notice. December number is from the list taken on that day. So between the vacancy being published and the December schedule being posted, you moved up 25 numbers.

Like you knew the requirements to flow. If you have no intention of meeting them aka get the vaccine then don't say you will accept the flow. The ones who are fighting it aren't going to win...and by some luck if anyone does win is going to be a micro percentage. If you don't want to get the vaccine then stay here or find an airline that doesn't require it.

I know where I stand on the ISL. Just thought they would post the current sen numbers on the final then keeping what the notice had. But thanks.

I just want them to delete the ISL posted on Nov 25...as the pdf is from January

I'm sure the union will post the attrition numbers in an email this week. The company has to send them the info and they like to wait as long as possible. Especially now that the numbers are so high.
