Question: any way to access the crewtrac "view schedule" function on a Mac? I have safari as my browser, but is there any way to do it without internet explorer?

Thanks

I use the "Schedule Detail" function to check my schedule on Safari.

Great, thanks!

Another one: I am trying to jumpseat on Jetblue, but I guess the number we used to call to list doesn't work anymore. I tried to register for "myIDtravel" but when I put my employee number into the register section I don't get an email to any of my addresses. Am I doing anything wrong? any advice? thanks.

Login to the ALPA site and try checking the jumpseat information. We all have the same id/password for MyIDTravel when listing on JetBlue. If you can't find it on the ALPA site then go to the endeavor air pilots forum and you can find it there or write someone in ALPA to get it.

-200 is around 2 or 3 months, if not a little faster. -900 is quite a bit longer. I'm a June hire and can not hold a line on the -900, but was only on reserve for 6 weeks on the -200.

OK thanks. That's what I thought. I'd bid -900 if the reserve time was only a couple of months longer, but if it's that long, then -200 it is.

One of my classmates got a line on the 200 in MSP after a month. If you want to avoid having to sit reserve forever I would probably bid the 200 and switch to the 900 once you see you can hold a line.

The captain doing the company presentation at my interview said around 24 months...so I mentally added 6 to that. Yeah, 30 maybe.

It very well may drop to less than that with the potential for future growth. More 200s, or... maybe something else.

It is already dropping much faster than expected due to a combination of growth, FOs with CJOs bypassing upgrade, certain Midwesterners terrified of the prospect of being based or flying in NYC, and other factors. They just awarded upgrade for the first 75 of 300-350 planned upgrades this year. Very likely by the end of the year we'll be seeing upgrades for 2014 and maybe even 2015 hires.

Currently filling classes to capacity at 60 per month. Get your number sooner rather than later. Lots of movement.
