They don't want people using their sick time as personal time (they don't want you to use it at all) and they don't want time in open time that they then have to offer at 150% or more. They would rather make reserves fly it. They look at it as already paid for (as part of a reserve's guarantee, even though we go well over almost every month now)

I haven't flown over 75 once, and have been on reserve for a loooooooonnnnnggggg time.

How long? Seems I'm consistently around 85 hours since last June. And I've been here a long time too

11 plus years. Could be a base deal. Some reserves get more hours in other bases.

It seems 200 guys are getting way less than the 900. At least in minny on the FO side. My 4 months on reserve I averaged about 10 hours of block a month.
