Never once, just like this new LOA, did they reach out and find out how the majority felt. They just went and did it. These LOA's should benefit the majority not just a select few. Kinda like when they were entertaining hiring bonuses. The MEC heard opposition from the pilot group, and decided that all pilots on property should receive the same compensation. So in the end, hiring bonuses were not offered.
