Any "Latest & Greatest" about Endeavor?

We will all be stapled before that will happen.
Delta pilots will say NO to score relaxation. And they should. Let's be honest - the 76 seaters belong at mainline in the first place.
We as a profession cannot make the mistake that the baby boomers have made.
NO MORE RJs!

Endeavor will never be absorbed or stapled by mainline, if our market goes away, then Endeavor will be shut down, and the pilots that stay will be given a severance package by Delta.

Talk about a truly naive statement. The current crop of former regional pilots being hired at the legacies and majors toiled under crappy scope for generally a decade or more. It has been proven, at least at Delta, that mainline can provide a more reliable product than our non-wholly owned regionals. DALPA will not give in to more scope relaxations. If Delta is true to their word they are now focused more on product quality and reliability, there will be no more talk of this because they know ALPA won't even entertain it.

I'm not sure how it was a waste of time , every airline I interviewed for told me to make sure I explore my options. As great as this place seems , the bases didn't work out .

They didn't look at that before applying, give me a break. Now they want
the company to thank them for interviewing for a job they wouldn't take before the interview and waste ever more time and $.

And that's what is wrong with the airline industry. You think it's a waste of time to treat applicants with respect.

Some companies may ask what the deciding factor was and then, if possible, they can address that factor therefore making themselves more attractive to the next applicant.
Good luck with whichever company you decide works best for you.
