The 4/30/2016 MEC NewsBlast’s tabulation totaled 1840 total pilots on property. Compare that to today’s 1915. We have more pilots, doing less flying. One could argue that we are getting more inefficient in our schedules, others could point to the training bubbles we are currently experiencing. Nevertheless, Envoy desperately needs to streamline the training footprint and process for all fleets. On the 145, FOs currently completing IOE were hired in late December. This four-month average is unsustainable, and we sincerely hope the addition of the simulator in France can help the backlog.

Average line values are trending upwards as we enter the summer months, and days off are hovering (on average) around 14, which is much improved from late summer last year, but relatively flat progress overall from year to year. In October of last year, the average days off were hovering around 12 for our airline.

Sounds like they're trying to make themselves fatter on staffing.

Are those average days off for the whole fleet or just average days off for a lineholder? Aren't reserves 11days off and about 30% of the pilots ?

Correct but jr RSV times are there, hiring 50/mo and upgrading 300/yr you can do math, but you have to apply a handicap to each base due to desirability.

Numbers don't lie, there's been alot of extemely different claims made on here lately, those numbers are facts.
