Talk to your Reps. Pay raises are not being discussed. In fact the company told our union not even being considered unless new hire number diminishes drastically.
So anyone thinking about envoy over endeavor, pay raises are not likely. |

There are 2 remaining FO retention bonuses to be paid out. There will be one paid out this month and the last one will be paid out in March. In order for the retention bonuses to continue, there would have to be an agreement between ALPA and management. Whether or not either party would like the bonuses to continue remains to be seen.

I'd ask a rep about that. I'm not sure how exactly the new hire bonuses are structured and how exactly they are paid out and if you still have some of that coming. I just know the original FO retention bonuses that were crafted were structured to be paid out over a 2 year period. The end of that 2 year period is coming to an end.

Thanks, I was thinking the same. The question is Envoy going to shoot themselves in the foot again or will they take the proactive action? I mean the bonuses is their solution to attracting new pilots to here. Now that flow is 9 years and backwards. They would be crazy to not extend the bonuses unless they increase pay rates.
