There is definitely an age/experience gap at play in all these threads. The young ones see Envoy and other regionals as a great stepping stone in their career progression to mainline. Those of us that have been around a while have the perspective that regionals are a place for management to sell seats while keeping the mainline hiring as low as possible.

That could be a lie. That’s something he can easily just say, if he really meant that then he would get in trouble by the company.

And if anyone really believes he was pushing back against the company, prove it.

Regardless, let’s just let the union do their job as I personally don’t think his videos will influence guys at their 800 hour mark. These videos are to get you INTO the industry, not towards a specific company even though the envoy logo may bring in idk, maybe 2 people in class here and there? And factor in people who may NOT want to come here because of his videos, so it all evens out.

What is ok for one is grounds for termination for all others. Doesn't sound right to me.

But to be fair, I wouldn’t want Chavez putting out YouTube videos that had any indication of Envoy right now either.

A country song would fit better than rap right now.

While a sad country song might be ok, I think this might actually call for some vitriol spewing, anti authoritarian (c)rap.
