You actually being serious? I watched a good minute of it and couldn’t stop laughing. He was encouraging inspiring pilots to continue training. So usually that would result in anyone dressing in a professional manner? As a pilot recruiter would you show up to a university in a turtleneck sweater. The guy looks like he’s attending a cocktail party. Fairly certain he even got his eyebrows waxed.
To be honest these youtube influencers are out of control, but it’s not my judgement call. He does fit in line with the piedmont way, him and Pilot Dre... seem to be more focused on the attention and advertisements than actual recruiting aspect.
As I’ve stated prior, at least SM’s YouTube channel is done professionally with phenomenal editing, actually impressed by his editing skills more than anything else.

Swayne right away put out a comment saying that the United flight is why there should always be two qualified pilots on the flight deck. Swayne is much less of a fool than Garrett and seems to be in touch with reality. One peddles logbook apps, the other is selling boner pills.

Just because he puts on a good front doesnt mean he isnt a Delta Bravo. Some people put on a good show but behind closed doors their true colors come out. Not saying swayne does this but his over the top cheerleading for the company is annoying. if this doesnt bother you then you are clueless.

The stories I’ve heard about this kid are unbelievable. Sounds like a first class db. Only concerned about himself and willing to screw fellow pilots over for his advancement. These cadets are something else.
