The vast majority of people conducting the hiring process are military/the vast majority of people hired ots are mil. Maybe you guys know about hiring at a company that's not AA?
AA knows they're getting a lot of civ via flow, so they're apparently trying to maintain a cultural balance by hiring mostly mil OTS.
