The facts are that the pipeline university cadets at Envoy have far and away exceeded their initial expectations. In fact, it went so well that the bar had to be raised. Significantly. These cadets were flying circles around military aviators and Part 91 Joe's. I know, I've seen the stats. Essentially, the university trains them for a 121 flying career and they literally show up on day one and hit the ground running. The other motivator here is a career at American Airlines right out of the gate. So you can say that AA has actually done far better at hiring the university aviators than Delta as was mentioned in an earlier post. AA figured out this little secret when they saw how well the pipeline cadets were performing. After finally flushing all the lifers out in the future, I can see Envoy being 100% pipeline cadets.

You are quoting the village idi0t whose posts are known to be complete fluff and has since been banned, so doesn’t do much to support your post even though I agree it would be beneficial to have SOME kind of aviation and life experience before becoming a 121 pilot. But the reality is those stepping stone jobs aren’t really put there. And not too many places are flying turbo props. Horizon is pretty much it in 121.

It's all a plot to flood the right seat with entitled, zero life experience, riddle rat nerds so we will welcome single pilot operations with open arms.
