You think they went to Envoy, because they spent all that money at Riddle chasing the dream of flying for.... Envoy?
But in all seriousness recruitment played a great ground game, bases are decent, SNJ’s, great travel benefits. Heck they were flying 175’s full of BBQ from Dallas up to some of these schools. And then I guess flow is a “safety net” if botch any interviews. |

The stories I’ve heard about this kid are unbelievable. Sounds like a first class db. Only concerned about himself and willing to screw fellow pilots over for his advancement. These cadets are something else.

I guess i see things differently. Ya, he’s made some missteps, but the dude is like 24... who didn’t have some F ups in their ear,y 20s.
Anyone from the outside reading this thread would never tell the difference about the commentary and it’s not even about him... |
KS is a massive tool who uses people for advancement. I was once friends with the guy before his days at envoy and he made friends with to get something. After I introduced him to some people at AA, he stopped all communications with me and blocked me everywhere. It’s funny, all KS does is hang out with mainline crews. He’s a brown noser who is trying to get to the next level as quickly as possible.

You think kids who went to ERAU or UND have a better shot at a major interview than anyone else?
Alumni connections and the resulting internal recommendations probably do give a bit of a leg up. |
