I am not sure why anyone cares? So long as he doesn't start recruiting for the company or doing things contrary to negotiations, I could care less.

So that makes you a hater than? I mean the guy is just doing his thing and it doesnt do anything to hurt us as a pilot group. The only issue I ever had with SM was him essentially working for the company while we were in negotiations.

If you think Swayne hurt your pilot group in any tangible way during negotiations, I guarantee you the union reps would talk to him. Frankly, it doesn't seem like they have any problem with it. If anything, maybe you guys at Envoy should thank him for bringing in more pilots below your seniority number so you'll get to flow one day (maybe).

There is nothing the union could do about it. It wasn’t a matter of wanting or not.
