Default Coast Flight Training RTP

Is anyone actively engaged or a recent graduate of the RTP? Particularly interested in whatever gouge is available for San Marcos or Ozark. I understand Ozark has no affiliated housing and am curious what folks are doing there as well as whether your timelines met the quoted timelines. I will be arriving with a PPL and might knock out my IR beforehand as well as I imagine those are the big hold ups.
