then there is no reason for consecions at envoy under any circumstance. Just note the last pilot on seniority list as of today and any one after this person in the future is a cadet and should be treated appropriately.

Thats the sad truth. The union can do as much to cadets as they can to accountants.

8 hours less pay per month. Agreement lasts 90 days and can be extended with vote, goes back to full pay if second cares act passes.

Why would they furlough when they’re (non AAG carriers) about to get our flying?

I will just repeat management's comments. "We see no value in keeping our pilots qualified".
We know where the block hours will go to when flying picks back up.

Yeah that's what always seems to happen and then the flying doesnt get done right, maintenance issues come up and we slowly start to take back all of our flying and QOL. Once we get it back, some black swan event or global financial crisis will take it all away again, simply repeating the process over and over.

I kid of corse but it certainly seems like we had been taking back more and more flying pre-covid.

Actually there was just more and more flying to be had. Mesa was losing some but if you look at the 10-K reports it was trivial.

With the way things are going, I kinda suspect things to get worse before they get better. Initial furloughs could have been a lot worse, but with schedule cuts, AA reporting weak bookings going into the holiday season, and mountains of debt with little revenue to show for it, I can't see how more furloughs and/or bankruptcy aren't inevitable at this point.
