on one hand, on the other - unlike many other places, they are on the seniority list from day one and will have the recall rights when there is a potential for the competitive mins to include a type and substantial jet time when the hiring restarts.
so yeah, sucks, but could have been worse.

Im less than a year on property. I’m disappointed we aren’t being given information from the company or union about furlough estimates, when we’ve been told it’s been discussed.

I also think not having the CSLOAs open until they get the numbers they need is crappy.

People have mortgages, families to feed and the poverty wages of working for regional feed is rubbish and won’t cover it.
I sympathize with them.
Sorry about your failed Spirit interview, maybe XJET will take you back.

My understanding is that the numbers are so fluid that sharing them would be counterintuitive. They shared a number on the pilot call that is at the highest jeopardy.

Key point to remember is, that whatever numbers are being discussed, they can be discussed and mitigated until October 1st.

Some of the things in our contract are finally paying dividends for our pilots.

I think having a number out there could make some more actively entertain a CSLOA.

I deleted the rest of my comment as it could be seen as negotiating in public.

There are no CSLOAs on offer right now. Not sure I follow your logic.

we keep hearing they are going to offer more CSLOAs, in hope of mitigating furloughs. If they told us the number of furloughs projected and left the CSLOA option open I think enough people who could do something else for a year, would
