Thanks, I had to pull out my TI84 from high school.
But in reality my point is 5 months just doesn’t make any sense, they’ll clearly have to step up the rate at some points also wonder how much attrition we will see. Time will tell I’m sure we figure out more next week.

We have around 15 resignations in April now so above average, but nowhere near the mudslide some suggest. And just like you say, they are all leaving for much, much better pastures.
